I am currently a junior at the University of Iowa majoring in Business Analytics. Throughout my years of working various positions at multiple jobs, I've developed many valuable skills. For three and a half years I co-owned and operated a landscaping and deck staining business where I learned how to use excel to keep track of client information, estimates, and inventories. I also learned customer service while owning my own business and the proper way to communicate with clients in a professional manner. More recently I've been employed at Hy-Vee as a flex worker to accommodate my busy college schedule. In this job, I've increased my customer service skills as well as my organization and time management skills through managing the busy delivery schedule and organization of grocery orders. What originally brought me to major in Business Analytics is my interest in data and statistics. Since I was little math has always been my favorite class and I enjoy working with technology and being in the business sector so Business Analytics is a perfect fit for me.
