CurrentAs an Intramural Official at Texas Christian University's Campus Recreation Center, I am responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of intramural sports events. My role involves ensuring fair play and adherence to game rules in high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. Key responsibilities include:- Officiating games with impartiality and professionalism, addressing any disputes or rule violations effectively.- Collaborating with other officials and staff to coordinate game schedules and ensure smooth operation of events.- Providing clear and constructive feedback to players and coaches to enhance their experience and promote sportsmanship.- Managing game logistics, including setup and teardown, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.This role has honed my skills in conflict resolution, teamwork, and leadership, and has reinforced my commitment to creating an engaging and supportive sports environment.
