I have been in the Credit Union atmosphere for the majority of my adult life, and strive for a “people first” approach to my services. I approach every meeting with an open ear, open mind, and drive myself on personal and past experiences to ensure peace of mind for the member. In my time at WESTconsin, I have coached and trained a variety of team members - many of which holding high positions than which they started with. My goal whenever I am mentoring and coaching someone is confidence in themselves, taking time to ensure retention of information and confidence. Clients and team members who have worked with me appreciate my teacher-like coaching and the desire for confidence after presentation.
