Fox River Partners has been investing in off the run assets for the past 27 years. Our deal size ranges from $1-20 million. We are primarily commercial real estate investors but have also invested in impact investments such as environmental mitigation in San Diego, Sacramento and Portland, community building investments such as municipal water supply services in San Antonio & community solar across the US.Fox River also facilitates non-profit engagements, specifically using public-private relationships to stimulate economic growth across the world. We are hunting for "Killer Apps" ie ideas, organizations or individuals which return big on relatively small investment (oftentimes no investment). (See Links below for some examples).
