Hospitality Internship Program (HIP) at Hershey Country Club.

Cafe Laura consists of a full lunch service operation and a coffee shop that is student-run. Key responsibilities include: Cooking and Food Preparation, Inventory Operations, Kitchen Maintenance, Kitchen Etiquette and Standards, and Coffee Shop Service.

Food and beverage attendant both at pool and club house. Working in unison with my colleagues to set up and execute Golf tournaments, weddings, memorial’s, birthday parties, etc. In my 4th year I was a shift leader at the pool, I delegated tasks, made the schedule weekly, and trained new employees.
