Rossi Transportation Group, Inc., is a woman-owned minority business enterprise (W/MBE) which provides transportation planning, civil engineering, environmental planning and permitting, landscape architecture, utility design and coordination, and construction management and inspection services. We have worked for numerous local municipalities and government agencies in Maryland and Delaware.

My duties and responsibilities include business development, managing client contracts, providing project management services, mentoring of junior staff, providing quality assurance and quality control for public and private clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. My technical experience includes transportation design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stream stabilization and restoration, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, MS4 NPDES and TMDL permitting along with other various transportation and water resources related subjects. I will continue to build upon my technical, managerial and leadership experience while managing design and design-build projects. I will continue to build my client base by working with local teaming partners and existing client contracts in the private, public and the Design-Build sectors.

As a water resources engineer and a vice president within the company, my duties included business development, managing client contracts, providing project management, mentoring of junior staff, providing quality assurance and quality control for public sector clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. My technical experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stream stabilization and restoration, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, MS4 NPDES permitting and various other water resource related subjects. I continued to build upon my technical, managerial and leadership experience while managing design projects. I continued to work within the Design-Build arena. I was successful in obtaining new clients and contracts in the water resource and environmental fields during my term with the firm.

As a senior water resources engineer, my duties included managing client contracts, providing project management, mentoring of junior staff, providing quality assurance and quality control and marketing for public sector clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. My technical experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, stream stabilization and restoration, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, MS4 NPDES permitting and various other water resource related subjects. I was given the opportunity to work on several high profile projects which progressed my career and provided exceptional learning opportunities in the transportation industry. I gained extensive knowledge and experience in the Design-Build arena from contract procurement to project construction. I enrolled in an extensive leadership development company supported program which I successfully completed. The leadership program increased my leadership decision making abilities and characteristics significantly.
