In my position I was able to do what I love, making people happy. Working as a contractor for The Styled Stem I met a mentor and a friend. During my time with this team I worked in teams and delegated tasks for day of coordination, I assisted in design choices and layouts for decor. I created arrangements, personals such as bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, etc. In my assistant role I was in charge of inventory, packing and packing lists, organizing and collaborating using Google Sheets and Excel. I used my detail oriented nature and keen eye for design to assist in last minute design decisions onsite in order to accommodate changes. I worked alongside professionals of different fields such as photographers, videographers, DJs, caterers, etc to help make the couples’ dream wedding a reality. I assisted in wedding planning to help execute the event on the wedding day, following the schedule, adapting, and helping the bridal party enjoy themselves while getting them where they need to be.

With The Styled Stem I worked under the Founder and lead designer/ planner to make the couples dreams for their wedding day a reality. I did inventory and organization for our wedding rentals, packed boxes for the day of coordination. I helped plan and design the table layout for our Muna Serenade event with MunaLuchi as well as executing the vision on the event day. I aided in the construction of social media posts and website updates. Working on different platforms such as google sheets, docs, and drive along with adobe, curate, honey book, etc. I learned many design aspect going into decorating as well as creating floral arrangements for biweekly deliveries.
