This was my first Job. I started folding clothes and organizing the mens department of the shop. As i grew older my boss moved back into the board section where I began helping customers with questions and pointing them in the right direction of experienced sales people. Through watching and listening the sales people around me I began selling boards myself. When I began living in the area full time I was made a manager because of my ability to work independently, as well as manage younger employees.
