• Identify and develop distribution strategies based on product attributes, market demands and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses• Strategize pricing structures for different territories• Expand distribution channels, evaluate, and maintain the market capacity• Manage key customers relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. • Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices• Evaluate and develop marketing strategy with key retail chain accounts across Asia, Latin America, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Oceania.• Analyze reports, propose sales strategies and discuss directly with the CEO.• Manage and direct the company’s international sales team in Vietnam, Malaysia, Mexico, Europe and Middle East offices.
