-Trained to: launch a campaign, perform power analysis, hire staff, perform as a campaign manager, develop campaign plan; all through hands on experience-Work with host organization as lead organizer-Partnered with Faith in Action Bay Area as lead organizer to assist leaders on their rent control ballot measure-Developed and implemented volunteer structure to collect signatures to achieve ballot access and voter ID. Successfully collected over 1,000 signatures with the developed structure.

-Lead all trainings of canvasses and phone-banks, assist the Field Director on implementation of the field plan: targeted canvassing, cutting turf for canvasses, working with endorsers on turnout, language in canvassing script-Have personally launched 20 canvasses and 10 phonebanks, with volunteers numbering from 15-25 -Have launched both Spanish and English phone-banks-Volunteers have door knocked over 10,000 doors and called over 15,000 voters-Manage Research team and their breakdown of information about the District

-Management of volunteer teams: house party events, policy research, public events-Develop infrastructure to absorb and activate potential volunteers. Ensuring there is adequate amounts of work that can be done by volunteers and investigating where/what volunteers are needed to make the campaign successful. Manage over 20 individual volunteers-Training of volunteers in systems: AirTable, Numero, google sheets-Training volunteers in person: canvassing, tabling, phone banking, text banking -Scheduling public meet and greets with the candidate -Help in execution and strategy of campaign field plan

-Perform phone canvassing and door knocking in districts with pro-worker candidates to find a base of support to organize and mobilize into volunteering opportunities with candidates-Develop and analyze base of voters to find leads and those with extensive social networks to increase the voter and volunteer pool

Assisted lead trainers in training poll workers both paid and volunteer, to work at poll centers. Also worked as lead at a 4 day poll center.

Conduct mass email outreach to various colleges inviting students to join Project Superbloom’s Policy Internship

Knocked on doors of voters to talk about Jennifer Esteen and get voter's main issues. Worked in phonebanks, and textbanks to talk about Jen and increase voter turnout.

Attend classrooms to talk about candidates endorsed by Project Superbloom and increase young voter sign ups and voting.

Worked under professional training staff for D-1 athletics. Was personally given injured athletes to supervise and program for. Would supervise athletes of multiple sports and would help around the weight room.

Prepare baseball/softball fields for public use. Would work self-independently and with teams to get fields ready. Watering, dragging and chalking fields for use.

Worked under head trainer and would receive furthering education on strength and conditioning, exercise programming and nutrition.
