I worked in many different departments: support services, library, IT, filing center, and a few others doing a range of tasks. I found myself delivering messages and mail through support services, logging and locating books with the library staff, filing for accounting, and the filing center. I, in other words, did a lot of the jobs not involving important and current documents as interns are not allowed to handle those
