The show was created in Loving Memory of Damion Shawn Bendy after his sudden death Oct. 24, 2008. He encourage me to tell my story after googling my name. He discovered that I was on the Cover of Sports Illustrated in January of 1979 while playing basketball for The Ohio State University. So, instead of me telling only my story "PUFFY OWLS" was born for others to tell their story on local Comcast SJTV- 26 on Mondays @5PM. All are welcome no matter what story they would like to share. I had the priveledge of playing for the Barberton Magics #1 in nation and The Ohio State University where I was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated. I believe kids should not have to pay to play. I give group basketball lessons at Grupe Park on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3;30 - 5:00. Ages range from 7-15 boys and girls. Bring your own ball, water and a positive attitude.
