Twenty-year career as an officer and combat arms leader/commander in the US Army. Retired in 1994 as a Lieutenant Colonel. Extensive experience in executive decision-making, operations, senior program management, business development, and analytical manpower modeling and planning. Past experience includes command, staff, supervisory, project management, program management, and analytical positions. More recently, experience includes executive management of a separate business unit, management of multiple large complex programs, leadership, profit and loss decisions, senior client interface, and business development with extensive experience in proposal management using the Shipley methodology.
