As a student at Florida State University, I am working towards a degree in Accounting, driven by a deep interest in understanding how organizations operate and grow. My experience in child care has been instrumental in shaping my approach to business, as it has equipped me with key skills such as patience, communication, and respect—qualities that are foundational to effective leadership and team collaboration.I learned to approach situations with empathy and care through child care, listening closely to needs and responding thoughtfully. These qualities translate directly into the business world, where understanding internal and external stakeholders is crucial. I believe that communication is the core of any successful business, and my experiences have taught me how to relay information clearly and persuasively while respecting others' viewpoints.Additionally, my ability to remain patient under pressure and think logically through challenges has proven essential.
