• Managed UK and Russia client servicing and business development with respect to various sports properties, notably the London 2012 and the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games.• Led consulting with Sberbank (Official Bank) and Rosneft (Official Petro) for Sochi 2014. • Relocated to London from February 2008 to March 2009 to manage the Helios Partners UK office, servicing existing London 2012 clientele• Co-managed London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsor agreement negotiations, strategic planning, activation, and evaluation for the Official Bank and Insurance Partner, Lloyds TSB and Official Professional Services Supporter, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.• Assisted in TOP Partner sponsorship agreement negotiations for Acer and Samsung.• Led a sponsorship revenue assessment for client Chicago 2016 during the USOC bid city selection process.• Developed Helios’ Beijing office through client acquisition and servicing, employee recruitment and management, and acquisition of a prior marketplace competitor (Prescient Marketing).• Engaged in the negotiations and activation strategic planning for several Beijing 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsors, including Samsung, Lenovo, BHP Billiton, VW China, and Snickers.• Led brand assessment and strategic consulting assignments for the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Sony Ericsson WTA Tour, and World Academy of Sport.• Assisted in Olympic and Paralympic ‘bid city’ consulting for Moscow 2012 (unsuccessful Summer Games bid), Sochi 2014 (won rights to host Games), and Doha 2016 (unsuccessful Summer Games bid).• Key skills: Olympic and Paralympic Games sponsorship contract negotiations (ranging from $20 – $160m), sponsorship activation strategic planning, client account management, media rights assessment (Olympic and Paralympic Games and collegiate sports), brand strategy assessment.
