My role is to offers dynamic training, facilitation and consulting services that center on creating a culture of care within organizations. This means working closely with orgs to develop a highly-customized plan that promotes the wellness of staff, leadership and clients. We offer a low-stakes, high-yield environment for learning and healing in which the real issues expressed can be heard, distilled and translated into actionable steps.

Carter worked as a Youth Development Coordinator at the Broadway Youth Center (BYC) branch of Howard Brown Health. The mission of BYC is to improve the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness and other underserved youth by providing youth-centered, integrated healthcare and social services by providing basic needs assistance, resource advocacy, mental wellness supports, and education/vocational services.
