The short; Systems. Process. Automation. Enough to scale, but not so much to cause bloat.The less short; you know how when you're at the pub or a gathering and you're telling someone what it is you do for a living, you tend to only describe the 10% of your job that's interesting. The rest of your work is usually filled with bureaucracy, or admin, or stuff that any old robot could do. Well I see my role as reducing that boring, robot-level stuff, so people can spend more time on the high-value, and interesting aspects of their roles. I do this with two things in mind:1. If it's repeatable, then design a process so you don't re-invent the wheel every time. 2. If a robot can do it, get a robot to do it.
