His experience encompasses change management through the use of information system technology in the areas of clinical operations and patient care, patient management, revenue and financial operations, as well as information technology (IT) strategy development including Meaningful Use (MU), system acquisition and implementation, ICD-10 conversion planning and capital and operation budgeting.
