Generated new business and executed project management of a Federal contract portfolio valued at over $150 million to maintain a consistent non-traditional revenue stream for a 100% regulated natural gas utility. Manage a portfolio of Utility Privatization contracts with the Department of Defense at several military installations in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas to ensure reliable infrastructure on active military installations. Responded to RFIs from the DoD as well as sourced competitive bid projects through multiple Government award aggregation systems, running quality control and financial analysis on competitive bid submissions. Assembled and oversaw the implementation of utility contracts with numerous stakeholders ranging from Army Garrisons to engineering subcontractors, curating high-functioning government contracting teams to deliver on critical timelines. Developed a multi-million-dollar revenue generation program from the ground up accessing nontraditional streams such as the Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC) via a competitive bid process in the energy industry. Work with external stakeholders to develop programs with Government funding to boost resiliency and overall environmental impact of government facilities across our region of operation in a fuel secular manner. Write and negotiate contract modifications, compliance measures, and interagency agreements based on requests from clients and a multitude of stakeholders. Monitor Federal policy for commercial growth opportunities and direct implementation of compliance measures through written procedures and evolving processes.

Ensured mission-critical maintenance and installation of high-value force protection assets with the US Air Force via management of highly skilled employees working in active war zones in the Middle East. Found expedited measures to quickly bring equipment operation rates on active military bases from 65% to 100% in less than six months, protecting our US troops and assets in the Middle East.
