-Prepare activities and attractions around the ballpark before gates open for events with 47,000+ fans.-Serve fans with a positive and inviting attitude.-Maintain fun atmosphere for thousands of fans by executing the Mariners Way experience.-Assist ballpark operations by problem solving, communication, and executing premier customer service.

-Manage game play, facilities, and equipment for intramural sports.-Lead a crew of four officials in high-pressure, intense situations.-Serve the participants by ensuring they have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.-Resolve conflict during intramural contests including rule interpretations, crowd control, and policy enforcement.-Provide outstanding customer service to more than 400 participants each day.-Oversee risk management policies and consistent safety of participants on fields and courts.

-Tracking customer preferences while advertising merchandise both in-person and via social media. -Interact with customers while monitoring their feedback and educating them about products and the future of the company.-Create awareness for the company and products.

-Oversee maintenance duties across a gym with a pool, basketball court, seven pickleball courts, four weight rooms, and two cardio spaces.-Develop objectives and schedules for maintenance and cleaning staff on a weekly basis.-Recruit employees and train them to be great problem solvers and efficient workers.-Communicate with clients for repairs and improvements across the over 120,000 sq. ft. fitness facility.-Inventory management for technology and equipment for every aspect of the private fitness facility.

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, I wanted to find a way to stay active and share my athletic knowledge with younger athletes. I began a small youth sports training business. I gained knowledge on how to market and interact with customers as a freshman in high school. I built customer relationships and learned a lot about managing a small business.
