I am a recent Computer Engineering (BSE) graduate from ASU, with a strong foundation in both hardware and software systems. Throughout my academic career, I have gained hands-on experience with embedded systems, such as Raspberry Pi & Aruduino, through various projects. I have a strong background in native mobile app development, having led a dev team of students to create an iOS app with similar functionality to AirBNB. My academic experiences culminated in my internships as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the computer hardware industry, with focuses in performance analysis, hardware testing, and software user experiences. Previously, I have worked with:- Corsair Memory, Inc., as a quality assurance engineer and technician to develop new hardware performance tests to evaluate the accuracy of gaming mouse sensors and evaluate their performance against industry competition.- EpiFinder & ASU as an Intern in a capstone class to create a new mobile app that offered similar functionality to AirBNB. I wrote the iOS app using XCode and Swift for the frontend, along with the backend in TypeScript.Technical Projects and Interests:- Audio Recorder: Class project to create a DIY audio recording/playback system with a Xilinx NEXYS FPGA board, with firmware developed using Verilog in Vivado.- Self-Driving Car: Solo project to develop an RC car that can navigate an obstacle course using LIDAR and GPS. The car was controlled completely onboard with an Arduino Uno Mega.- Operational Amplifier Lab: Class project to create breadboard operational amplifiers using basic NMOS transistors, resistors, and capacitors. Amplifier properties were measured with an Oscilloscope and multimeter, which was then verified using simulations in LTSpice.- Android Applications: I am currently teaching myself native Android Development with Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and Android Studio.Personal Passions:- Computer Hardware- DIY approaches to technology (built my own PC in 2015, 2018, 2020)- Equitable access to education- Podcasting- Developing and watching educational videos & learning materials- Mobile App developmentI am currently seeking opportunities to utilize my background in software development and embedded systems, where I can utilize my background in quality assurance to design optimized systems and drive innovation in the technology sector. If you're interested in connecting or have any opportunities, feel free to reach out to me.
