From start to finish I genuinely enjoy being given a problem, and then working through such problem to find a resolution. The process allows me to direct my energy to focus, makes me pay attention to the details, and lastly it reminds me to appreciate the results. Throughout my entire professional career I have faced multiple tasks, and been given numerous responsibilities. All of which has paved the road I am currently on and what has made me who I am today. My biggest strengths are thinking analytically, communicating effectively, and executing efficiently. My experience in the transportation industry has given me a sense of purpose. I know that the work I do every day has a real impact on real people. My managerial experience has given me the technical, human relations, and conceptual skills I need to be an effective asset/leader for my organization. I have become the go-to person for all things safety, HR, and driver related. Over the past year I have developed and implemented a fleet maintenance program, safety program, and HR program for my current company. I have innovated and digitalized our transportation operations with updated vehicle tracking solutions, driver file management, and safety training exercises. I have created and ran the company's social media account which has increased the inbound traffic for clients, developed content for industry related topics, and applied analytics tools to boost the company's website reach. In the past year (2022) I have liaised and acquired new customers that have increased the company's total sales by $1.5 million. Outside of work I love spending my time with my wife and family. I am an avid golf and disc golf player. I have traveled and played courses all across the country and continue to improve my game. I enjoy hunting and fishing any time I get the opportunity to do so.
