Dover Food Retail is the leading retail refrigeration company offering complete solutions for supermarkets and small format customers. In my role as the HR Generalist, I supported a client group with over 500 FTEs across multiple locations within the United States.

Assistant Adjunct for MBA Organizational Behavior course. Classroom instructor for various business courses to include Intro to Management & Intro to HR Leadership. Designed course syllabus, content, assignments, projects, and exams. Coached students on resume building, interviewing techniques, and the importance of personal branding. Facilitated weekly classes through practical real-world case studies and ethical dilemmas using the textbook as a foundation of theory.

AMB Sports + Entertainment is the shared services arm of philanthropist, Arthur Blank, privately-owned businesses: Atlanta Falcons (Professional NFL Football Club), Atlanta United FC (Professional MLS Soccer Club), and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The HR Shared Services supports over 500 FTEs and 4,000 PT staff. In 2017, we hired and trained, the best in class hourly, event-day staff in preparation for the opening of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. In addition, we assisted management with the successful launch of Atlanta United FC in 2017 who later became the 2018 MLS Cup Champions.I manage HR functions for Atlanta United FC; 90 FTEs and 50 PT staff. Day-to-day support for the Club, includes: new hire orientation / onboarding, talent development, performance management, employee relations, rewards and recognition, HR communications, and associate events. I serve as a consultant to the Club President, VP of Business Operations, and Technical Director (General Manager) to ensure alignment of business goals through a talent perspective lens.

Wrote procedures for personnel handbook: Family & Medical Leave Act, Grievances, Disciplinary Actions, Recruiting, Hiring, Military Leave, and Leave without Pay Procedures. Partnered with external consultants to implement a leadership program for Directors and Supervisors. Managed over 1600 FTE. Re-vamped and presented new employee orientation

Intern to Refugee & Immigration Services Director. Drafted memo's to GA legislators for advocacy purposes. Participated in the planning of the New American Celebration at the Capitol. Updated staff on legislation that directly affected our clients.
