I currently work at one of the world’s leading media agencies as the Production Lead for Influencer Marketing. My responsibilities lie within the creation, implementation and continual improvement of our processes and ways of working, shaping the way that we bring to life Influencer Marketing campaigns. I lead a production team of influencer marketing specialists, to ensure first class campaign delivery and measurement for some of the UK's biggest advertisers. I moved into production (in the MediaCom Creative Systems department) after joining the business as a Media Executive. During this time, I contributed to the planning and buying of advertising campaigns spanning both traditional and emerging media forms, this has given me invaluable knowledge of media systems and the ability to see the bigger picture. I am also a Post Graduate of the University of Bedfordshire. I currently hold a MA with Distinction in Creative Digital Film Production and a First Class BA (Hons) in Media Production. During my time at university I was presented with awards and scholarships, the most recent being the “Outstanding Achievement in Film Award”.One of my notable achievements was my university dissertation production, “Killing My Girl”. The film has been featured in over 50 festivals globally including the 2015 London Short Film Festival. Furthermore, the film received 4 awards and a nomination for the Best Undergraduate Student Film at the British Universities Film & Video Council Awards 2015. I have previously worked voluntarily at a television production company and whilst at university, I worked part-time as a retail manager. This taught me an abundance of skills, from time, people & resource management to dealing with discrepancies through negotiation. My passion lies in creativity of various forms and at any end of the spectrum, ‘mainstream’ and commercial to experimental - diversity is really important to me.I am open to all connections - I look forward to getting to know you!
