Carter Snipes is an entrepreneur and a veteran real estate developer. As the owner of Snipes Properties, he has aided in the redevelopment of properties across Richmond. His most iconic contribution was the revitalization of the Hofheimer Building; a historic landmark at the Scott’s Addition gateway and Brambly Park Winery a 2 acre park-like project in the back of Scott's Addition. As an activist board member of the Scott's Addition Neighborhood Association, Carter has also been instrumental in securing city grants for Scott’s Addition greenspace, landscaping, and infrastructure.
