- Work closely with People team on strategic and tactical employee matters, including International hiring, compensation and equity and employee management. Co-develop training modules and employee practices.- Draft and negotiate customer and vendor agreements including, inbound and outbound software licensing transactions, Reseller agreements, Partner and Teaming Agreements- Assist with real estate leases, including coordination with outside counsel- Corporate governance and legal compliance including Board of Director and Compensation Committee matters, Record Retention policy, Insider Trading Policy, stock option and equity administration, Export and FCPA compliance and company-wide training- Draft company-standard legal forms and agreements, including SaaS Subscription Agreements, On-Premise License Agreements, and Professional Services Agreements- Manage legal aspects of general and employment litigation, including coordinating with outside counsel- Assist with public company filings and transactions, including review of SEC filings- Manage intellectual property portfolios and coordinate portfolios with outside counsel- Serve on International team to advise on all aspects of international expansion matters- Advise senior management and executives on all manner of corporate and public company issues
