• Providing resourceful, tailored relocation services for corporate individuals and families transferring to Sydney on international assignment.Includes:- Area orientation.- Guidance on location, budget, commuting options, local amenities.- Liaise with realtors, letting agents, serviced accommodation providers and other property professionals.- Coordinate with education specialists, to match housing with school options.- Arrange appointments to view within a logical itinerary and accompany on tours.

• Creation of dynamic content blocks, templates, reports, adhoc campaign, recurring campaigns, and creating multiple marketing automation flow.• Database Management• Analysis of email marketing and social media campaigns and making recommendations for improvement• Managing trigger and nurture email campaigns and SMS campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise engagement• A/B testing • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM works effectively• Effective database segmentation for targeted marketing activities• Event management, both on campus and externally• Mentoring and training of CRM users• Postgraduate student recruitment, managing conferences and seminars. • Communicating, influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders• Assist with planning, creation and support of non-email based digital marketing.
