Float Pool, Transport, PICC & Wound Services: -Direct managerial oversight of 110.6 FTE, with accountability for Quality, Patient Care, Process Improvement, and Care Experience across four care teams. -Expansion of Assistant Nurse Manager team from six to now ten new leaders. -Growth of team by 42 FTE in 2023-2024. -Oversight of four separate MedSurg/Telemetry Adult Overflow Units, flexing for operational needs to support 30-62 inpatient beds. -Coaching team in the creation of Nursing Unit Council (NUC) for Float Pool, providing committee structure and reporting via frontline professional governance. -On-site clinical liaison for Dialysis services with DaVita Dialysis partners, averaging 300-345 inpatient monthly cases. -Successful completion of KPLU "Activate," "Elevate," "Caring Science," & “Middle Management Institute” series.

-Founding member and President of the Capitol City Black Nurses Association, local 501(c)3 chapter of the National Black Nurses Association-Numerous community outreach programs including, but not limited to: health education, mentorship, community organizing, policy work, scholarship, professional development
