In four years generated significant shareholder value by leading company through key milestones including tightening monthly close process, first financial audit, implementation of ERP, merger that doubled the size of the company, acquisition to enter the fiber construction industry, raising first outside debt capital, and sale of company to a large private equity fund (completed in December 2021).
