In 1995 joined Allegis Group (privately-held / largest staffing firm in US / revenues $10B+ / a.k.a. Aerotek and TEKsystems) as the Assistant Controller for its Contract Engineering division. In 1997, was promoted to start the newly formed operating company of Allegis Group, Mentor 4. Went on to support the national business development team by cultivating relationships and negotiating contracts with Fortune 500 clients. Then was asked to oversee the training and development as Vice President of Organizational Development and was responsible for implementing new performance management system and new training for recruiters and business development managers. In 2002, moved to London and assumed the role of CFO / COO of Allegis Group Europe. Returned to the United States in 2005 to help start Stephen James Associates as its CFO / COO, which grew to 13 offices in 3 years (9 organically grown & 4 via acquisition).
