Working with group marketing team to plan and manage attendance at key industry shows and exhibitions.Ownership of the DekBoard product roadmap relating to short, medium and, long term business plan goals ensuring KPI targets are achieved with regards to Sales, Profitability & Margin both at manufacturing and customer level.Continuous monitoring of market share by volume, sector and product whilst keeping abreast of competitor’s products, plans and position.Encourage a positive team working environment to ensure the wellbeing of team, progression within the business of team members and overall success.Complete business responsibilities for group owned installation companies- PVS & Solent Verandahs.
