I am also effectively working as a line lead for our BIB line; creating and updating maintenance tickets, and communicating needs and issues of the line to management and my fellow team members.

Develop the team byfocusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve highstandards, whilst fostering a culture of working safely. Work under generalsupervision, reviewed by Management. Decisions and results have an impacton the function and their success. Performance affects the function’s image.
