I am a BI manager generating valuable insights through the crossing of communication data, campaigns and other indicators. With data-driven orientation, the marketing agency builds the advertising strategy and sets the course. I also acted in customer retention as a customer success manager. I worked for major brands such as Samsung, SulAmérica, Nike and Nestlé, thus optimizing the work in the communication area and also reducing the company's costs. I have programming skills - R and Python, with a focus on Natural Language -, and I also work with BI platforms (DataSutdio or Power BI) in addition to integrating with Adobe, Supermetrics, GAnalytics and sheets database, for example. So, with my journalism background from my graduation, I combine the strengths of communication with data analysis.
