Baker is a widely sought-after ministry vessel renowned for his unchanging message of hope, healing, and restoration.Having an impact that reaches across corporate, community and faith-based arenas, C. L. Baker has delivered a message of God’s love since his youth. He has aggressively pursued the plan of God for his life. He served as Jr. Deacon for Zion Star Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor H.J. Matthew. He received his License to Preach under the late Pastor Ernie Jones of New Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church.  He was ordained into the gospel ministry under the auspices of the late Honorable Pastor L. B. Johnson of The Holy Temple of Jesus Christ, Inc. Throughout his Christian walk, C. L. Baker continued a path of ministry, graciously serving in various facets of ministry leadership, which includes Texas Northwest District Superintendent, Overseer for Texas South Central District and Senior Pastor for The Holy Temple of Jesus Christ #23 from 1991 until 1999.  He founded The Point Christian Outreach Ministries
