• More than 25 years of supervising construction projects from site development through various stages of ground-up construction, alteration, and repair. • Providing constructability and functionality input into design build projects. Other pre-construction activities he has directed and/or participated in include work package development, estimating, long-lead procurement, scheduling/phasing, and permitting for Federal, municipal and commercial projects.• Complete understanding of conventional wood, pre-engineered steel, structural steel, masonry, post-tension, pre-cast and cast-in-place concrete construction. • Interpret blueprint drawings and modify and update drawings for ongoing as-built project documents. • Ability to execute American Institute of Architects (AIA) documents from bid to close-out.• Capabilities in providing on-site construction management oversight, and possess a fundamental knowledge on HVAC, electrical, building envelope, low voltage systems, fire protection systems and construction methodologies. • Understanding of any unique problems and the application of design assumptions, principles, and specifications, during construction and operation. • Possess a high level of experience in issues related to executing construction in a facility, to include but not limited to interim life safety, infection control, infrastructure utility shutdown coordination, safety etc. • Ability to schedule and Manage projects utilizing MS Project and P6.• Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing training skills in order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.• Direct Manage and Supervise from project inception through close-out for agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Airforce Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) and state government agencies, beside multiple Client base for Retail, Schools, Commercial and Industrial.
