• Responsible for all technical subjects on the R&D projects: design robust products, optimize product costs and industrial feasibility, reuse technical bricks. • Lead and manage functionally internal and external product development teams. • Set-up and manage technical schedule of local and abroad teams. • Define the technical specifications and finalize product architecture for DO according to predevelopment inputs and project needs. (Product Cost, Performances, Quality target). • Finalize detail design and verify the product design through simulation and real tests on KP (Key Prototype) or EP (Engineering Prototype) according to design maturity level. • Support the manufacturing ramp-up; pilot the transfer to Continuous Engineering team

- Technical leads to fulfill new product development with ZAGG contract manufacturer. The products focus on the mobile accessories, including phone case, keyboard, bluetooth audio, etc.- Work closely with US R&D team and local ODM factory to fulfill the new product from ID concept, prototype validation, pilot run, production launch and ramp up.- Collaborate with Zagg US PD, PM and Quality team to achive project cost, quality and TTM goal. - Technical discussion/review on manufacturing process includes injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, overmolding, painting or electroplating. - Participate in supplier qualification, audit and vendor selection.

• Collaborative with R & D, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and other cross-functional team to implement TopWorx new product / project in China/Global factory. • Design improvements / troubleshooting to meet the quality, cost or marketing requirements. • Lead technical discussion with TopWorx supplier base for die cast, plastic molded, stamped, machined, prototyping and similar processes to maintain quality, delivery and optimal design for manufacturing standards. • Operate and effectively utilize 2D & 3D CAD and product data management network/systems.
