In my current role I develop and curate the security strategy for Epic application modules by reviewing and documenting access provisioning processes. I build and maintain Epic data courier interfaces to guide system users and assist with ongoing operations and development of security program. I provide reporting and analytics with advanced Chronicles searches and imports. I support business continuity by troubleshooting and resolving operational tickets within security and data courier administration.

In this role I acted as Orders analyst to drive team and operational performance of the order transmittal systems. I maintained the facility rule, as well as all inpatient and OR rules, maps, and workstation records. I supported the core functions of Epic inpatient orders to enable high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care. I contributed to workflow validation and decision meetings with hospital clinical SMEs and physician leaders.

I was selected to join the organization’s PEMR program to assist in the development and delivery of training and the seamless deployment of Epic EMR services to community clinics. I worked closely with a variety of multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the development of integrated workflows and define processes that cross applications and functional areas. I reviewed and analyzed the efficacy of systems and workflows and developed strategies to improve system functionality and end user satisfaction.In this role I delivered Cadence/Prelude and EpicCare Ambulatory training for end users and elbow go-live support.
