Recruitment• Perform strategic, full-lifecycle recruitment for non-exempt positions across businesses such as Procurement, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Business Continuity, Global Compensation and Benefits.• Manage Corporate Headquarters Temp Pool Program including understanding client needs, candidate sourcing, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and candidate assessment and placement for more than 10 corporate clients.• Interviewed employees who made cross-divisional moves.
