Job Description and Responsibilities:• Support Engineer requests to test, checkout, modify (Including cutting traces, soldering jumper wires, dead bugging, etc), fabricate prototype systems, and test experimental designs. • Use hot air and Mini Wave re-flow rework station• Conduct engineering tests to verify operation and functionality of assigned projects and collect and document the detailed results• Order parts needed to maintain stock of readily used components (integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc…).• Manage and document The Development Group’s lab supplies, test equipment, and tools • Prepare and document project equipment and supporting test equipment for EMC and UL testing requirements• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Jira, Agile, and Altium• IPC-A-610 Certified• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5-S practices• Contribute to problem solving efforts • Team Player Having respect for colleagues• Able to adapt to changing demands and conditions• Ability to work independently or with minimum instruction

*Assemble, test, program, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems before being shipped*Assist Test and Verification, Thru Hole, Rework and Repair Departments as needed
