Help overseeing all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and overall business activities.• Collaborate with department heads of Sales, Purchasing, Customer service to understand scheduling requirements, objectives, and milestones.• Prepare production schedule to establish a sequence and tact time to meet customer demands. Include a Six-week Forecast.• Identify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule and develop mitigation plans.• Monitor job order progress and identify any deviations from the schedule. Taking proactive measures to address potential delays or other issues. • Collaborate with procurement to ensure alignment with schedule and resource allocations. • Prepare production status reports and alert management to any potential discrepancies. • Expedite operations that delay schedule and alter the schedule to meet unforeseen conditions. Other responsibilities:• Part of the EasyPak Leadership Top 50 Corporate Employees.• Effectively work with accounting department to maintain financial accuracy.• Prepare reports via IQMS Software, Publix Portal, and ADP usage for employee documentation.• Assist quality department. Additional duties include:o Part of the Quality and Safety Committee.o SQF Audit Practitioner Trained• HR Assist when-needed. Additional duties include:o Employee Training and onboardingo Administer interviews for potential new hires and ensure proper documentation.o Review and approve employee timeclocks. Code where needed. o Assist in mediating staff issues and facilitate communication between executives and employees.
