I'm very forward and honest, to the point of being blunt at times. I make absolutely sure my thoughts are clear on a subject. I offer open criticism and praise both when necessary. I bug my superiors constantly when I need more information. I do not play games or engage in office politics. I only look at the merits a person has achieved, and provide guidance and coaching to those that need it.I'm comfortable leading, stepping into the trenches when I need to, but also delegating and allowing my team freedom to work. I learn what my agents are capable of, what their personalities are, and try to make sure they are suited to what they are doing, and have what they need to do their job.Everything I know is self-taught, mentored, or from raw, painful experience.My life goal is to make a successful video game so that I can devote the rest of my life to such creative endeavors.
