Cary is a Founding Partner of GREA - Global Real Estate Advisors. GREA focuses on providing a full range of multifamily advisory services, leveraging a comprehensive financial platform and GREA’s multifamily sales expertise in the Midwest. Cary has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry bringing experience in finance, development and management of multifamily assets to GREA, creating a truly broad set of capabilities to complement the firm’s established debt and equity platforms, including long-term Agency financing and mezzanine loans.Cary has brokered over 275 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $650 million. Prior to founding Commercial Property Advisors, Mr. Belovicz was an Associate at Hendricks & Partners (now Berkadia). He also marketed and sold assets for Key Bank, Hartford, AIMCO, CapMark, Centerline (now Hunt), and private equity groups located all over the world. Prior to starting his career in Multifamily Investment Sales, Cary managed the daily operations of 1,122 multifamily units in southeastern Michigan. Cary was also active in the development, construction and sales of over $46 million of single and multifamily homes. Cary serves as a Vice President of the Apartment Association of Michigan and is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee in addition to being a licensed residential builder in Michigan. Cary and his team have also been recognized by CoStar as the Market’s Top Investment Sales Firm and Broker in 2016. Cary’s main hobby is flying airplanes and he has been doing so since 2010.
