I have more than 30 years of experience in dairy product processing and quality assurance of fluid milk products, fermented products, cheese and ice cream. Internationally, I am Board member of the International Dairy Federation (IDF) in Brussels, Belgium, where she is chair of the IDF Standing Committee on Food Labeling and Terminology. She has been active in international standards, advising U.S. delegations on Codex standards and as the head delegate for IDF at the Codex Committee on Food Labeling.
