I'm a fire protection specialist surrounded by an incredibly talented group of fire protection professionals.For over 27 years I have been helping businesses protect their most mission-critical company assets from fires. Starting in the Bay-Area of Northern California, I made a radical change in career paths, leaving behind training as a professional pilot to take a job as a fire suppression system technician. A short-time later, I was given an opportunity as a Service Sales Representative and I haven't looked back since. Starting on the service side of the business helped me excel quickly and God allowed a door to open in my home state of Michigan where I made a transition to service sales, system sales & engineering and eventually a Branch Manager position. After nearly 25 yrs at one location, God made it clear it was time to move on to the next opportunity. This next chapter of my career allows me to focus solely on system sales support for the Janus regional sales team. The exciting part about my position is getting to work on projects for many different companies, from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, getting to work with a rapidly growing network of Janus distributors, and having an opportunity to engineer a fire protection solution for the particular facility or production equipment. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my wife and kids, hiking, visiting aviation museums, stopping to look for treasures in an antique shop, or trying a new restaurant, to name a few things.
