I am an interim C-level consultant with a BS in Accounting from Boston College, an MBA from Tuck, and almost three decades of experience working for large investment banks, small VC/PE firms, and seed/early stage growth companies within the tech and healthcare IT sectors. My diverse experience has taught me about cultivating internal, client, and partner relationships while delivering value in dynamic environments.I bring to the table immense versatility and a measurable ROI that results in my C-level clients expanding my role as needs evolve. I am uniquely positioned, having experience in various sectors with roles including: operations and project management; program implementation; staff and firmwide administration; vendor contract negotiations; entrepreneurship/company founder; marketing and client relations; owner’s rep for office build-out/relo and design/construction management; and nonprofit board leadership. The combination of my ability to connect with people, a meticulous attention to detail, comfort with pivoting in a rapidly changing environment, and a versatile skillset allows my C-level clients to trust my business judgment and “run with it” on projects where they do not have the resources to allocate.My time in banking was spent at JP Morgan’s NY and European offices in accounting/operations (currencies), followed by institutional sales (fixed income and equities) at Goldman Sachs in Boston. Following my banking career, I worked alongside venture capital partners and seed stage tech company C-level executives on projects including investor relations, business development, and go-to-market strategy. I also built and ran my own internet startup for four years. In the nonprofit sector, I was Co-President of the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee at a nonprofit community foundation focused on serving residents in their greatest times of need, leading them during a time of major transitions within the organization including hiring a new Director and staff, conducting an investment manager review and search, recruiting new Board members, and upgrading their IT and marketing efforts into the next generation.
