As the program coordinator for Centre County Community Conferencing, I designed all branding and marketing materials, as well as, coordinating all press relations and interviews with local press outlets regularly publishing press releases and granting interviews. Through my efforts, a network of financial stakeholders was established solidifying the first community conflict resolution program in central Pennsylvania partnering with the Centre County Correctional Facility and Penn State University changing the conflict resolution landscape for both returning citizens and the public in Central PA permanently.Centre County Community Conferencing provides free dispute resolution services for neighborhoods and other communities experiencing conflict. We also provide a court diversion program for those who have received a citation from law enforcement relieving our over-burdened court system and saving citizens time and money while creating meaningful resolutions to make positive and lasting change. The CCCC is also works directly with the Centre County Correctional Facility to provide assistance for formerly incarcerated returning citizens in rebuilding their support systems through the community conferencing process. Community Conferencing is a restorative justice initiative that allows any person/s involved in a conflict or dispute to convene, along with a neutral facilitator, and work toward a mutually agreeable resolution together. Everyone is heard because every voice matters. This process includes an intentional dialogue in an effort to create opportunities for healing, relational transformation, and reintegration back into the community. We transform conflict into cooperation through communication.

As a Division Operations Specialist, I supported the Dean on the LoneStar College-CyFair campus for our particular division. I created marketing materials for events sponsored by academic departments within the division, coordinated departmental events, as well as, wrote, edited, and designed the department's annual report.

Their responsibilities include (but are not restricted to) placing students in cooperative groups, moderating weekly online asynchronous and synchronous discussions, answering course-related questions, and conducting periodic interaction sessions. They explain, conduct, and grade all assignments. Assignments may include midterms, final exams, and e-portfolio submissions. Facilitators are responsible for entering the final grades. Graduate intern within the student services department of Madonna University for one semester interviewing various individuals from faculty, staff and students to gain an understanding of the common conflicts occurring on campus and how conflict is handled on a regular basis in that specific community.
