Responsible for the development of a 3+ year transformation strategy for Mercer’s superannuation business.

Responsible for creating, sourcing and delivering the sales and client enablement agenda for Mercer in Australia, including delivery of tools, training & insights.

Responsible for delivering sales and commercialisation support for all major bids across Mercer in Australia; developing best in class proposal response capabilities; leading a team of 6 bid managers and proposal specialists.

Responsible for growing Mercer's Investments business in the Pacific region through effective business-to-business sales. The role encompassed new sales, client development, tender management, plus contributing to marketing campaigns and event management.

The Mother's Day Classic is a national event organised by Women in Super. It was established to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer research. The Mother's Day Classic has grown into one of Australia's largest national charity events and has become an integral part of Mother's Day for thousands of Australians. In 2013, we proudly raised $5million for breast cancer research. I was the NSW State Chair for the 2013 event. I have been a member of the NSW organising committee since 2006, primarily as chair of a sub-committee responsible for organising the on-the-day activities for the Domain and Parramatta events, plus contributing to securing sponsorship, participation and marketing of the event.The role involved project management, decision-making, creative ideas, and budget-control. I worked closely with the volunteer team, event management team and liaise regularly with national MDC office, Women in Super, MDC sponsors, National Breast Cancer Foundation and other key stakeholders.

At GMO, I was responsible for managing the relationships for GMO's institutional clients, plus a number of intermediary relationships in Australia and New Zealand. This involved regular communication with clients, product marketing, oversight of client reporting, and organising events such as luncheons and roadshows. The role involved working closely with the business development, portfolio management, reporting and operations teams in Australia and overseas (mainly London and Boston).
