I am an IP attorney with over 20 years' experience in IP litigation, PTAB representation, IP counseling, due diligence and prosecution. I have particular experience in patent litigation in numerous district courts (both jury and non-jury trials), including representing numerous pharmaceutical companies in patent litigation arising under Hatch-Waxman. I have represented clients in proceedings before the PTAB (interferences, inter partes review, and PTO appeals), and I have argued numerous cases on appeal before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. I enjoy advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property issues including due diligence, freedom to operate, and patent prosecution matters, as well as conducting pre-litigation assessments.
