Account Manager
CurrentAccount Manager for multiple strategic sites including Steward Healthcare one of our largest customers with over 45 facilities. Streamlined Steward Healthcare processes for both planned and unplanned downtimes, crisis calls, and change control policies. Facilitate customer communications on escalated issues and collaborate with groups across applications and divisions for resolution. Assist customers with the planning of critical updates. Conduct on-going calls with customers to discuss operational issues, project milestones, regulatory requirements and new company initiatives. Maintain a positive and trusted working relationship with upper management. Provide on-site support, run command center, end user training for multiple Steward Go-Lives. Participate in corporate visits and CIO Forum. Collaborate with C-level customers on project planning and helping the customer define organizational priorities, goals and objectives, including achieving HIMSS Stage 7, ARRA MU (appropriate stages), meeting Joint Commission and state regulations, software upgrades, and escalations. Work with Software Support Technicians to manage customer expectations and facilitate client communication on issues across all applications and divisions. Coordinate resources involved for customer activity including, but not limited to, disaster recovery efforts/planning, universe splits, mergers, divestitures, and hardware evaluations.
