I have nine years of customer service experience prior to obtaining my certification as a medical assistant. My previous jobs have supplied me with the knowledge to handle stressful situations and be detailed oriented. As a certified medical assistant I have obtained the skills to triage patients and obtain a medical history, assist in procedures, give injections, and complete orders as needed. I am constantly learning from the providers I work with and working with my administrator to better our practice. Everyday is a learning experience and I hope to continue to gain knowledge of this field.
